Massacre in Samaria

A home invasion and mass murder in Israel. In Connecticut we just put a man on death row for participating in a similarly evil attack in 2007. One small difference... Gazans weren't celebrating when they found out a woman and her two daughters had been murdered.

video platformvideo managementvideo solutionsvideo player

Gruesome video. And yes, I didn't give a 'content warning'. How much warning did the 12 year old girl have when she came home to see most of her family slaughtered in their sleep?

Let the Gazans continue to eat their young; let the West Bank turn the clock back 10,000 years. These animals are not partners in peace, so let them be in pieces.

Why We Fight, 21st Century Edition

Frank Capra made a famous series of propaganda movies during World War II called Why We Fight. In this age of cell phone video cameras our enemy seems to be making the movies for us. Between the home videos of the suicide bombers and the jihad porn of beheadings, the enemy continues to illustrate why they need to be hunted down and killed.

The video below is of a stoning. Watch it.

Danish Cartoonist Jihad Humor

From Creeping Sharia comes word of a German carnival float featuring the Religion of Outrage and humor:

I note that the "humor and satire" moniker is written in English, odd for a German float about events in Denmark...

Even though the Islamonut has decapitated "humor and satire" it still rises up and bites him on the ass... I like that!

The Man Who Should Be President

I really wish LTC West would run for POTUS in 2012... but he's running for Congress in 2010. LTC West ran for the same seat in 2008 and I posted about his campaign then and I link to his campaign site again. Please consider giving what you can to help send this hero to Congress.

Here LTC West answers a fairly complicated question in a straight up manner.

Tolerance, UK Muslim style

Gert Wilders, a Dutch politician, had been banned from the UK. The government feared that his outspoken opposition to Sharia could lead to violence. I suppose they were worried that the Anglicans would mix it up with the Presbyterians, or something.

The ban was reversed in court. Wilders went to the UK yesterday. The Daily Mail headlines their story Far-right Dutch MP Geert Wilders faces Muslim protest after arriving in the UK (Does the Daily Mail EVER refer to anyone as a far-left politician?)

Here's some of the signs that "greeted" Mr. Wilders:

Freedom go to hell... Nice.

Quotes from two "protestors":

Protester Abu Mousa said: 'What he says deserves the death sentence under Islam.'

Sayful Islam, said he wanted to see Mr Wilders 'tried in an Islamic court' for 'insulting the Prophet'.

He added: 'We need to put this dog on a leash.'

So, Freedom is bad, sharia is good. Has it occurred to these troglodytes to move OUT of the (more or less) Christian country of Great Britain?

The Swiss get it right - Maria Not Sharia!

Via Creeping Sharia, comes this picture and story:

A poster of the Swiss People’s Party (SVP) campaign for stringent immigration laws is placed beside a road in the town of Bremgarten, south of Zurich February 16, 2009. The poster reads: ‘Maria not Sharia!’. REUTERS/Arnd Wiegmann (SWITZERLAND)

Speaking of the Swiss, the SVP wants to punish us. Well, our government at least.

The right-wing Swiss People's Party (SVP) called on Saturday for retaliation against the United States over a U.S. tax probe into the country's biggest bank UBS that threatens prized banking secrecy.

The populist SVP, the country's biggest party, said Switzerland should not take in any detainees from the U.S. prison for terrorism suspects at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, which the Swiss government said last month it could consider to help shut the camp down.

Switzerland should also reconsider its policy of representing the United States in countries where it has no diplomatic presence, the parliamentary SVP said in a statement.

Great... another foreign policy success in the making. But the administration must be working hard... I mean pissing off the Swiss. That's gotta require lots of work.

Obama and Al-Arabiya

BO's first formal television interview wasn't with CNN, Fox, MSNBC, or even the CBC or BBC. But Al-Arabiya. Yes, really.

Update: From Jim Vicevich comes a portion of the video... Now that he's POTUS, and it suits his needs, he talks about his Muslim family:

Perhaps BO's handlers should have watched this:

Of Gaza, the media and rockets

Israeligirl posted a link to the video below, Al-Arabyia reporter/newsreader Hanan  al-Masri reacts to a missile launched from her own building. This was on 1 January, 2009. If you click on the closed caption button you will see an English translation:

The reporter/journalist/whatever laughs at the thought of the office building being used as a super double secret HAMAS launch site. I googled her name, and found several hits, but this one seemed almost funny/ironic. From the Committee to Protect Journalists:

New York, January 15, 2009--The Israeli government must ensure that media facilities are not targeted in the conflict in Gaza, the Committee to Protects Journalists said today. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) fired at least one missile today directly at a Gaza City building that houses multiple news organizations, injuring at least two journalists and forcing others to evacuate, Reuters reported.

Reuters, Fox News, Al-Arabiya, and more than a dozen other regional and international news organizations and production companies are located in Al-Shuruq Tower. Abu Dhabi TV said in a statement that Bureau Chief Aiman al-Razi and cameraman Muhammad al-Susi were injured in the attack. Both are being treated at Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza, according to the statement. Reuters reported that the injuries were not life-threatening.

Shrapnel hit the Reuters office, forcing staff to evacuate but not causing injuries, the news agency reported. Live video footage from Reuters and the Ramattan news agency shows smoke rising from the building. Al-Arabiya correspondent Hanan al-Masri, who was on-air when the attack occurred, was forced to abandon the live broadcast midway. (How's that for irony? - mfh) The station aired that footage again in a subsequent broadcast.
I can't find the video of Ms Masri during the on air attack. I wonder if she laughed then too?

Of note in the CPJ report:

A fire in the basement of the building destroyed a power generator and has disrupted communications equipment, according to Russian news channel Russia Today, whose offices are also in Al-Shuruq Tower.

Let's see... would that be the same basement from which a  rocket was launched? Surprise!

Note to CPJ - Journalists can protect themselves by vacating a building that is being used by terrorists to launch rockets. It is too much to ask that the journos not allow the building to be used that way... 1) They don't own it... and 2) they have no way of backing up a demand that their building be not used as a military site. But if part of your building has been turned into an armed camp, it is time to get the hell out. Sooner or later, out going mail will be answered.

Unbelievable

Update: Video link changed... Islamonuts pulled down their original post...

Brian of London sent a link on Twitter to this video at JihadWatch.

As Brian put it in his tweet:

If you're Jewish, live in Europe and can think, this video should terrify you. The police will not save Jews from the mob(.)

The text at JihadWatch:
Jihad Watch reader Oao just sent me this:

:16 AM Received from Muqata Blog Reader in Germany, Sebastian M.

Today, 10.000 people demonstrated against Israel here in my hometown Duisburg (Germany) and to express their solidarity with Hamas. So, my girlfriend and me put two Israel flags out of the windows of our flat in the 3rd floor. During the demonstration which went through our street the police broke into our flat and removed the flag of Israel. The statement of the police was to de-escalate the situation, because many youth demonstrators were on the brink of breaking into our apartment house. Before this they threw snowballs, knifes and stones against our windows and the complete building. We both were standing on the other side of the street and were shocked by seeing a police officer standing in our bedroom and opening the window to get the flag. The picture illustrate this situation. The police acquiesced in the demands of the mob.

And as you can see from the video, the mob applauded, cheered, and shouted "Allahu akbar" when the flag disappeared.

It appears the Polizei will buy "peace" at the cost of people's property and liberty. I'll go one more higher than Brian of London on the alert scale for Europe's Jews. Get Out Now. Emigrate to the US, Israel, or Australia. I'd take Canada off the list, given their lack of free speech these days. No where is truly safe, but find a place where the government isn't going to hold you down while someone else beats you. Read Mark Steyn's piece on The Oldest Hatred.

Would the police have pulled down the cross from an offensive church? Not yet, but that day is coming.

Merry Christmas, Part II

Goodwill towards men, and all of that...

Then I saw this picture of a banner haning opposite the Basilica of the Annunciation in Bethlehem:

Fine. I wonder what made them pick this time of year to put up a banner that argues that argues that Jesus was not the son of God? When can I hoist my banner decrying Mohammad as an illiterate pedophile war-lord? And can I do it opposite the Dome of the Rock?

It makes me think of this picture, courtesy of Theo Spark:

Sweden is Burning

At least one city is... Powerline reports that Malmo is beset by riots. What triggered the "youths" displeasure? Why the closing of a synagogue, silly.

Except it wasn't a synagogue... Surprise! From The Local: ...

Westford said the troubles were linked to the recent closure of an Islamic cultural centre in Malmö's heavily-immigrant populated neighbourhood Rosengård.

The owner of the building wanted to use the space for other purposes, and the Islamic centre, which housed a mosque among other things, moved out and handed over the keys.

But a group of young people squatted the office space on November 24th, and police intervened early this week to remove the occupants and empty the offices.

So it took almost a month to evict these "youths"? WTF? I'm sure there was "outreach" or maybe "reaching out" going on during those 3 weeks, but what were the police thinking?

Police guarded the location until Wednesday, and once they left youths tried to occupy the building again.

Ahh, apparently they were thinking there would be trouble... and guess what, they were right.

Riots broke out on Wednesday night, when youths set fires in the area and threw stones and bottles at police. Seventeen youths were detained during those clashes.

"The origin of the riots is the occupation of the building. But that's not really the reason now, now other troublemakers have just joined in, taking advantage of the situation," Westford said.

I wonder if the other troublemakers are Presbyterians... or maybe those radicalized Unitarian Universalists.

Deadman Walking

Future dead guy

So you're a German professor of Theology. And after years of study, you come up with a theory that Jesus never existed. What happens? Do you get shunned by your employer? Do the police give you warnings about your safety?

Actually they do, if you're a German convert to Islam who has questioned the existence of Mohammad. EUroweenie irony alert:

When Prof. Kalisch took up his theology chair four years ago, he was seen as proof that modern Western scholarship and Islamic ways can mingle -- and counter the influence of radical preachers in Germany. He was put in charge of a new program at Münster, one of Germany's oldest and most respected universities, to train teachers in state schools to teach Muslim pupils about their faith.

Muslim leaders cheered and joined an advisory board at his Center for Religious Studies. Politicians hailed the appointment as a sign of Germany's readiness to absorb some three million Muslims into mainstream society. But, says Andreas Pinkwart, a minister responsible for higher education in this north German region, "the results are disappointing."

The results are disappointing? That a German professor engaged in academic pursuits? And earlier in the piece:

"We had no idea he would have ideas like this," says Thomas Bauer, a fellow academic at Münster University who sat on a committee that appointed Prof. Kalisch. "I'm a more orthodox Muslim than he is, and I'm not a Muslim."

I guess they would have been OK if he had ideas like stoning 13 year old rape victims to death while they plead for mercy. If only he had postulated that George Bush was responsible for 9-11, that Jesus was a Vegan or that Queen Victoria was a lesbian.

The stalwart Europeans rally to the man's defense. Well, one of them actually did. However apparently the professor enjoys the same protections as the Danish cartoonists. The craven sandal licking is in full-swing.

German academics split. Michael Marx, a Quran scholar at the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences, warned that Prof. Kalisch's views would discredit German scholarship and make it difficult for German scholars to work in Muslim lands. But Ursula Spuler-Stegemann, an Islamic studies scholar at the University of Marburg, set up a Web site called solidaritymuhammadkalisch.com and started an online petition of support.

Alarmed that a pioneering effort at Muslim outreach was only stoking antagonism, Münster University decided to douse the flames. Prof. Kalisch was told he could keep his professorship but must stop teaching Islam to future school teachers.

It's not important if the Quran really says he's an apostate. What is important is that a significant minority of Muslims believe this position makes him an apostate - a crime for which there can only be one punishment. This man can live the rest of his life as a Salman Rushdie-like exhile, or he can live freely, like Theo Van Gogh did. Until he was murdered by a Mohammad who really did exist.

This man is a year younger than me. I'll bet he's in far better shape than I am. But I'll bet there isn't an actuary on the planet who thinks he'll live longer than me.

Sign the petition... not that it matters to the jihadis... But maybe they will read it at his funeral and his university and government can be reminded how badly they handled this.

I hope I'm wrong, but experience indicates otherwise.
